Kitesurf course for beginners Stagnone – Duration 6 hours
Kitesurfing is a reasonably simple sport to learn. It is a lot of fun. Kitesurfing can become dangerous if it is practiced without knowledge. It is part of extreme sports. We recommend that you start this sporting activity with the help of kitesurfing professionals. This way, your safety will be guaranteed.
Our introductory kitesurfing course is suitable for those who have never practiced this sport.
The student will start from scratch.
The course is divided into 3 parts:
- theoretical notions,
- a practical part on land with the exclusive use of the kite
- the good part is in the water with kite and board.
At the end of the course, the student will have:
- knowledge of the theory of flight
- the ability to arm and disarm the kite
- knowledge of the rules, regulations, and safety maneuvers
- the ability to maneuver the kite
- the ability to launch and land the kite
- the ability to stand on the table
- the ability to make the first edges.

- Kite flight theory

- assisted kite launch and landing techniques
- directional body drag
- upwind body drag
- techniques for placing the feet in the straps
- first tests of water-start
- precedence rules
- second water-start tests
- navigation and upwind tests
